All of us in Malaysia are saddened by the news of the torrential flood happening in the southern peninsular. My in-laws are in Sagil, near Tangkak, one of the major towns that got flooded near the Sungai Muar area. Fortunately Sagil is on higher ground compared to Tangkak, so they’re ok. But others in Segamat and Kluang are not so lucky.

Meanwhile, our neighbour Singapore also has its share of misfortune of its own. You see, our rich friend here are also complaining of the rain too. Being so close to JB, it was also naturally hit by Typhoon Utor. All they get is a drizzle, but already they are complaining!

I got this piece of news from a friend, who highlighted to me the “amount of water” on the ground. *GACK!!!*
I have heard of another story of a particular Singaporean who is scared of the sun so much, he (yes, it’s a HE) would rather take the LRT from KLCC to Ampang Point, which is barely 200 metres away. Come on Kuan Yew! Look at the sissies that you have nurtured. Throw them into a jungle in Borneo and they will be voted out so fast, you can barely say the word “Survivors”.
I have tonnes of stories about those cry babies. I was based in Singapore for almost a year, and I’ve seen them with my own eyes. But I’ll reserve them for now. I’m afraid of creating any political tensions between Badawi and Lee. (But if I’m afraid of that, that would make me a sissy too! =)
arrrr…. :”)I always take LRT to travel from KLCC to Avenue K eh……
sorry… travel from KLCC to Ampang Park …. (KLCC station is under the Avenue K building.. paisei)
Haha, dun worry Swee Sia. You’re a lady, I can forgive that! 😉
